Jemez Pueblo has many talented potters. Delia Gauchupin is another daughter of Bernice Gauchupin. Delia designed this pottery ornament, using the design known as Kokopelli. It is from prehistoric pictographs in the southwest. Kokopelli is very popular these days. Delia’s round pottery ornament is of native clay, and is two and a half inches tall (6cm.). Designs vary.
