Manuel Montoya is a talented wood carver who lives in Vadito, a small village on the High Road to Taos. He carves aspen wood in the style of this part of New Mexico. His fish are probably Rainbow Trout, but the ornament would please any fisherman. Manuel signs the bottom of each fish, and each one is unique. A typical fish is three inches long.
