The Scottish Rite Temple was built in 1911 on Washington Avenue in downtown Santa Fe. It is a beloved landmark here because it is so distinctive in style and color. This glass replica is blown by mouth, silvered inside, and hand painted outside in a process that takes a week to complete. This is part of a series of glass ornaments called Landmarks of New Mexico. They are light weight and distinctive and they make great gifts for anyone who loves New Mexico.
